The Secret to Creating a Fitter, Healthier and Happier Lifestyle...

O.K, let's not beat around the bush here... It's no secret that if we plan to enjoy a completely fulfilled lifestyle, then we NEED to keep fit and healthy.... right? However, one of the most common challenges that many well intentioned people face is not enough... Yep, you guessed it. TIME! And finding that happy balance between work and family life can be a pretty tough gig when most of us are time poor, stressed and exhausted. Therefore taking proper care of ourselves often gets put on the back burner as something we will get around to later when we get more time. But that 'time' never seems to come and we just get busier and busier and our general wellness just continues to get worse and worse. "So many people spend their health to create wealth, but then later have to spend their wealth to regain their health!"
Now if this is sounding a little familiar, that's O.K because you are just one of many who are currently in this situation and it's just one of the challenges that comes along with a life that is built upon trading TIME for dollars. And why does this become a challenge? Because... from a lifestyle perspective it not only chews up the majority of your time, but it can also quickly lead to exhaustion both physically and mentally where the 'I can't be bothered' syndrome can take over and stop you from making intelligent decisions to take care of you. This, in turn can lead to stacking on unhealthy types of body fat, feeling more and more exhausted each day and generally feeling like crap. It can also start messing with your mind and send you into a negative downward spiral where you begin thinking and even convincing yourself that this is the way it is and the way your life and body is supposed to be. But that's just the start... because it's also very common to start experiencing new chronic health issues and lifestyle 'dis' eases that have manifested over a long period of time simply because it wasn't prevented from happening in the first place. YIKES!!! 
So many will turn to all sorts of ridiculous and silly 'quick fixes' that DON'T work (or end up making things worse) where it just becomes a painful and frustrating experience that sucks your wallet dry and leaves you no better off. However, the good news is that in most cases all of us can easily claim back our fitter, healthier and happier self through a proven system of personal accountability and making a few very simple and easy to follow lifestyle changes. But hey... it doesn't matter how much we talk about the importance of health, fitness, wellness etc. because there is still one simple fact remaining... We have to eat and pay the bills... right? So what can we do to get back the time we need to take care of ourselves but also generate an income to cover our monthly living and lifestyle expenses and do it without having to sacrifice our integrity by joining some dodgy 'get rich quick' ponzi scheme or pester friends, family and god knows who else with way over priced products from a pre-historic MLM? F*CK THAT... YUCK... No Thanks! Well, before we explore another alternative that provides an intelligent solution to help solve the 'NEED MORE TIME YET STILL HAVE MONEY TO PAY THE BILLS ISSUE', here's something to think about...  How can we possibly have quality of life if we're struggling with the constant emotional and physical pain associated with excessive weight that is consistently draining our energy day after day?
 How can we possibly have quality of life if all we do is work our butts off and don't get to spend quality time taking care of ourselves and actually doing the things that we truly love and enjoy the most?
 How can we possibly have quality of life if our health is suffering from the fatigue, depression and emotional distress caused from financial pressure?
 And how can we possibly have quality of life if we have attracted one of the potentially fatal lifestyle 'dis' 'eases' that has manifested in our body over a long period of time simply because we had previously failed to make our health our number one priority?
