What will I be doing in a Power Stomp session?

You will be active for the majority of each session under the guidance of a fully qualified and experienced Trainer who will show you how to gain results using safe, effective and proven techniques to help you achieve your goals.

So there's nothing to be afraid of and you always have the choice to make each session as easy or as challenging as you want with full support from your Trainer.

Will I have to run?

Only if you want to.

Can I bring someone with me eg. a friend or family member?

Of course.

What do I need to bring?

We recommend that you bring a water bottle to each session. A towel is optional but not a necessity.

What should I wear?

Any type of casual or sport style clothing that you feel comfortable training in.
